Parcels are carried directly to recipient's place of residence. Each parcel should have accurate and clearly written sender's address and the address of the recipient with phone number. * Delivery fee is for parcel up to 30kg. Parcel weight more that 30kg (Only to Poland)- surcharge $10 for each additional 10kg.
Additional handling fee is $ 4.00 per parcel to Poland by air and sea (in the case of large size or light weight) could be charge according spatial weight. Length x width x height / 6000 = spatial weight.
* Additional handling fee is $ 5.00 per parcel to Europe. (cc extra charge) (in the case of large size or light weight) could be charge according spatial weight. Length x width x height / 6000 = spatial weight.
- The maximum weight of each parcel to Europe excluding Poland is 30kg.
- Minimum weight of parcels to Ukraine, Belarus, Moldova is 5kg. and if parcel is less - still we be charged for 5kg.
Belarus Max. weight for parcel is 10 kg. (5-10 kg)
UK Max. weight for parcel is 17 kg.
One side can't be longer than 120 cm - The sum of the dimensions is maximum 220 cm.
